Micro‐Raman spectroscopy of natural members along CuSbS2CuSbSe2 join

Abstract: Micro‐Raman spectroscopy was used to investigate the natural orthorhombic members (space group Pnma) along the CuSbS2–CuSbSe2 join: chalcostibite Cu1.01Sb1.00S1.99 from Dúbrava (Slovak Republic); Se‐rich chalcostibite Cu1.00(Sb0.99As0.02)Σ1.01(S1.29Se0.70)Σ1.99 and the new mineral příbramite Cu0.99(Sb1.03As0.01)Σ1.04(Se1.82S0.15)Σ1.97 both from the Příbram uranium and base‐metal district (Czech Republic). Stretching and bending vibrations of the pyramidal SbS3 groups occur between 350 and 200 cm−1; vibrations … Show more

“…These peaks can be attributed to the A g Raman modes and are consistent with previous literature reports for CuSbS 2 . 14,38 Ligand Exchange and Removal. To prepare CuSbS 2 nanocrystal thin films, 20 mg of dried CuSbS 2 nanocrystal powder was suspended in 1 mL of anhydrous hexane through sonication, and then 50 μL of this solution was doctor-bladed onto a substrate.…”

“…[166] Sejkora and co-workers reported the micro-Raman spectroscopy of the natural members along CuSbS 2 -CuSbSe 2 join. [167] 15.4 | Linear chains and polymers Huang et al used Raman spectroscopy to monitor in-line in real time the component content of polypropylene/ polystyrene blends during melt extrusion. They concluded that in-line Raman determination of polystyrene content in real time shows comparative accuracy and predicting ability as conventional techniques.…”
