W artykule przedstawiono technologię kształtowania miniaturowych części z ceramiki alundowej i hartowanej stali szybkotnącej w procesie szlifowania na profilowej szlifierce optycznej sterowanej numerycznie. Proces szlifowania miniaturowych części realizowano ściernicami supertwardymi ze ścierniwem diamentowym i regularnego azotku boru spojonych spoiwem metalowym. Zaprezentowano technologię szlifowania oraz wyniki dokładności kształto-wo-wymiarowej i chropowatości powierzchni uzyskane w tych procesach. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: szlifowanie, miniaturowe części, szlifierka profilowa, ściernice supertwardeIn the article the technology of shaping of miniature parts made from Alund ceramics and hardened HSS steel in grinding process using CNC optical profile grinder has been presented. The grinding process of miniature parts has been carried out using diamond and CBN metal bond super hard grinding wheels. Also grinding technology and investigation results concerning shape and dimensional accuracy and surface roughness obtained after grinding have been depicted.KEYWORDS: grinding process, miniature parts, profile grinder, superhard grinding wheels
WprowadzenieMiniaturyzacja urządzeń mechanicznych wymusza konieczność doskonalenia technik mikroobróbki, które mogą sprostać wysokim wymaganiom kształtowo-wymiarowym i chropowatości powierzchni wytwarzanych mikroczęści z trudnoobrabialnych materiałów konstrukcyjnych [1,5,7]. Do szlifowania miniaturowych części adoptowano profilową szlifierkę optyczną typu KON-250-34 sterowaną numerycznie, węgierskiej firmy SZIMFÉK (Székesfehérvári Metál Fék-és Köszörűgépgyár Zrt.).
