Metodología para evaluar la comunicación institucional en sitios web universitarios

Abstract: El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar el nivel de adaptación de la comunicación organizacional en sitios web universitarios y determinar qué factores se relacionan con ese nivel. Para ello se propone una metodología que consiste en el análisis de contenido y en la creación de un Indicador de Comunicación Institucional –ICI–.
