Metode Rational Unified Process Pada Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Pondok Masjid Munzalan

Abstract

Pondok Masjid Munzalan Ashabul Yamin is a mosque-based charitable institution that has five divisions, namely parenting, educational charity, social charity, business charity, and a da'wah center. Each division has its own HRD including Educational charities. One of the tasks of HRD is to process the recapitulation and calculation of salaries (ihsan) of employees (trusted students) who still use simple technology, namely Microsoft Excel with different salaries for each employee, as well as the number of components of payroll that need to be calculated such as basic salary, allowances period of service, incentive allowances, and deductions (loans, ziswaf, savings, tabarru', khami, and incidental) so that it can result in errors when inputting employee salary data. The purpose of this research is to build an employee payroll information system to facilitate the process of recording and calculating salaries. This of course can minimize the occurrence of errors when inputting data on the nominal salary generated as well as delays in providing salaries to employees. System development uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method which has an iterative process in each stage to test the validity results according to user needs. This system has been carried out functional testing to the Educational Charity of the Munzalan Mosque Ashabul Yamin Islamic Boarding School and obtained the results according to the design. While the system interface test obtained a presentation of 82.84%.
