Abstract: The Janus kinase signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK / STAT) signalling, which is crucial in Philadelphia-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms’ (MPNs), is negatively regulated by molecules such as SOCS, CISH, and SHP1.
