Methods of supporting training and post-exercise recovery in women practising fitness and men practising bodybuilding

Abstract: Introduction. The aim of this study was to characterize physiotherapeutic methods applied in supporting training and biological regeneration of amateur athletes (women practising fitness and men practising bodybuilding).
