Methods for predicting the assessment of the quality of educational programs and educational activities using a neuro-fuzzy approach

Abstract: In the process of self-assessment and accreditation examination, assessment is carried out according to a scale that covers four levels of compliance with the quality criteria of the educational program and educational activities. Assessing the quality of education is complicated by the fact that the value of quality criteria is due to a large number of factors, possibly with an unknown nature of influence, as well as the fact that when conducting pedagogical measurements it is necessary to work with non-numer… Show more

“…The authors propose a method for calibrating an NTC thermistor using STEM technologies and demonstrate the development of an electronic thermometer using an Arduino microcontroller. The article "Implementation of STEM learning technology in the process of calibrating an NTC thermistor and developing an electronic thermometer based on it" [74] by Roman P. Kukharchuk, Tetiana A. Vakaliuk (figure 17), Oksana V. Zaika, Andrii V. Riabko, and Mykhailo G. Medvediev describes this approach and builds upon the authors' previous work [127,128,139]. The article "Web-based support for higher school teachers: insights from a survey and theoretical analysis" [8] by Vitaliy V. Achkan, Kateryna V. Vlasenko, Iryna V. Lovianova, Olha H. Rovenska, Iryna V. Sitak and Olena O. Chumak (figure 18) examines the theoretical aspects of incorporating Web 2.0 technology in higher education.…”

“…The development and effective application of Fog Computing technologies require the most complex tasks related to the management and processing of huge data sets, including the tasks of rational construction of low-level networks that ensure the functioning of end devices within the IoT concept. The article "Graph model of Fog Computing system" [13] authored by Andriy V. Ryabko, Oksana V. Zaika, Roman P. Kukharchuk and Tetiana A. Vakaliuk (figure 3) describes the use of graph theory methods to solve such problems. The proposed graph model can provide the ability to determine the basic properties of systems, networks, and network devices within the concept of Fog Computing, the optimal characteristics, and ways to maintain them in working condition.…”

“…e traditional method of examinations is that the examinations start from the teachers' artificial questioning, to the arrangement of the examination room and the examination time, the arrangement of the marking of the papers, etc., until the test scores and the analysis of the students' reactions to the test papers. Each step of the gathering consumes a considerable amount of time [14]. Modern Internet computer online examination system can use the relevant conditions set by the system to automatically assemble papers from the question bank and can automatically review the test papers, reducing the workload of teachers.…”
