Methods and Stages of Digital Enterprise Design

Abstract

The paper considers the problems of designing and organizing digital enterprises, starting from the business strategy of digital transformation of the enterprise to the creation of the organizational and functional structure of the enterprise. The main stages and methods of their implementation, based on the architectural approach are considered. Business processes, cataloging of IT services, process and IT audit, IT strategy, IT infrastructure that ensure the digital transformation of the enterprise are considered.
