Electronic-Governance is swiftly expanding in China. Interestingly, in the domain of e-services delivery, this developing country is still very much lacking behind. However, in order to achieve paperless offices with greater transparency, accountability, and accessibility, the central and city governments of China have made considerable attempts in transforming each available service into e-service. Accordingly, several of the landmark e-governance projects in China are highlighted in this paper. Similarly, certain fully and partially covered domains are discussed. Further, the impact of e-governance on society is elaborated, and the major obstacles in the fruitful e-governance implementation are highlighted.

The execution of businesses today has been significantly transformed by the Internet technology. Furthermore, in representing the electronic concepts and applications, a lot of terms have been introduced in signifying the revolution of processes and transactions associated with business. E-Business and e-Commerce are among these fairly new coined terms. In the context of Malaysia, the adoption of e-Business can be seen among diverse bodies including large organizations, and small, medium and micro enterprises. For a company, the implementation of e-Business would considerably alter its structure, culture, strategy, procedures and accountabilities as well, which can pose a significant challenge. Still, people remain keen in venturing into this novel concept of business. Accordingly, a mixed-method study was carried out to examine the e-Business prospect of home-based Malaysian micro sized businesses. Business and Homeworker business issues are reviewed, while preliminary study findings are reported in this study.

Studying the acceptance and usage of technologies has become one of the most significant fields in software engineering domain. In order to explain the individuals' usage behavior towards technologies, many theories and models have been proposed over the years. This research paper focuses on reviewing a group of ten technology acceptance theories and models by studying their structure, evolution stages, and their strengths and weaknesses points. These theories were analyzed and classified into two main types depending on their development method and scientific field which they were developed in. This study reveals that these theories are almost similar in their structure, but different in explaining the behavioral intentions of technology. It considers that the best theory should be comprehensive and less complexity according to the number of the constructs and moderators which represent their structure. This will make the theory more understandable and applicable especially for studying the acceptance behavior for any new technology.
