В статье представлены методические подходы к оценке конкурентоспособности управляющих компаний в сфере ЖКХ. Проведена оценка конкурентоспособности управляющих компаний в сфере ЖКХ с учетом критериев цифровизации. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в ходе мониторинга реализации ведомственного проекта «Цифровизация городского хозяйства «Умный город». The article presents methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of management companies in the housing and utilities sector. The assessment of the competitiveness of management companies in the housing and utilities sector, taking into account the criteria of digitalization, was carried out. The results of the analysis can be used during the monitoring of the implementation of the departmental project "Digitalization of urban economy "Smart City".
