During digitalization of transport service segment people use modern facilities such as geolocation, M2M connectivity, online payments, customer identification. We can also see a high competition here. The task of car sharing managers is to search for the optimal methods of doing business. As the regulations of business, ecological standards and technology environment of the main players is almost similar because of using the same mobile and cloud resources, it is possible to get a competitive advantage by the development of mobile apps for the employee’s PCs and smartphones of customers. The math model shown in this article is developed for implementing in digital platforms of such kind of business. This gives the opportunity to offer customers more attractive car sharing services and to reduce costs by following the environmental restrictions at the same time.

The relevance of the study is caused by the necessity to find conditions and ways to assess the stability of institutional establishments in the Internet economy, as well as to develop the practical methods forecasting the duration of their functioning. The transformation to the information society and digitalization results in an increase of the number of people using the services of the digital economy, and provokes a large amount of processing data. The development of a practical methodology for forecasting the long-term performance of institutional establishments is also an important challenge. The authors of the article give the theory and the methodology of the approach to the problem of mathematical modeling of the dynamics of highly profitable investment projects (projects HYIP). The obtained results provide an algorithmic basis for the creation of software products. This will allow real-time evaluation of information flows when the interface format will be changed to digital platforms. We can apply the mathematical model developed in this research, first of all, to the long-term forecasting of the activities of such a large institutional investor as the Pension Fund.

Requirements engineering represents the most crucial stage in the complex systems development process. Contemporary methods of requirements engineering assume a wide application of models (described, for example, with such languages as SysML or OPM), which allows to ensure the consistency and completeness of the system descriptions. The article assesses the applicability of the Archimate language to support the process of requirements engineering when creating complex technical systems. Requirements engineering method for complex technical systems, suitable for models described by the Archimate language is proposed. Detailed example demonstrating the proposed method when developing system requirements is given. The limitations of the Archimate language applicability for the engineering of systems of various classes are described.
