The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for assessing the cost of innovative products in the field of industrial production in agribusiness, adequate to the processes of reducing the life cycle of innovations and increasing the share of the intellectual component in its value. A multifactor model for assessing the value of industrial products has been formed, on the basis of which a system of assessment criteria has been developed, covering the functional orientation and degree of radicalism of innovation. As a result, a comprehensive analytical model for assessing the value of the intellectual component of innovative industrial products in agribusiness was obtained, covering commodity, product, technological, organizational, and managerialgroups.

The paper represents researches in the field of logistical processes in the context of interaction of various transport modes. The characteristics of forms of shipments' logistical organization in railroad and water communications were defined that differ from the existing ones by the performed functions and types of operators. This allows describing more precisely the organizational forms of interaction. The authors have developed an algorithm for managing operational activities in the logistics center, based on the interconnection of flows within it and coordination of the participant interaction in supply chains. The proposed methodological recommendations on the economic justification of the logistics center, which consist in the organizational support structure, allow providing a differentiated approach to the planning of operations for processing the flow according to the composition of the logistics chain.

В статье постулировано развитие цифровой экономики в качестве ключевого глобального условия и тренда, влияющего на изменение бизнес-процессов проектных и строительных организаций. Отмечено, что цифровизация основана не столько на применении информационных технологий, сколько на создании новых методов поддержки принятия решений и трансформации бизнес-процессов. На основе оценки динамики использования цифровых технологий и индекса цифровизации выявлены основные направления развития цифровизации в строительстве. В качестве базовой цифровой технологии определено информационное моделирование. Обоснована государственная поддержка развития цифровизации в строительстве путем принятия соответствующих нормативноправовых документов, создания информационных систем и реализации приоритетных проектов. Не смотря на государственную поддержку и стимулирование уровень использования цифровых технологий, в том числе, технологий информационного моделирования, остается недостаточно высоким. Показана роль создания классификаторов и информационных систем в активизации цифровизации инвестиционно-строительного проектирования. Авторами произведено моделирование бизнес-процессов совершенствования инвестиционно-строительного проектирования в условиях цифровой экономики, выявлены ключевые подпроцессы, разработаны цели и критерии их изменения, на основе чего выявлены базовые альтернативные направления совершенствования архитектурно-строительного и инвестиционно-строительного проектирования. Показана аксиома развития автоматизации процессов проектирования и управления. Выявлены эффекты применения информационного моделирования при проектировании в строительстве. Определена целесообразность цифровизации в строительстве на основе применения BIM-технологий. На основе моделирования бизнес-процессов инвестиционно-строительного проектирования осуществлен прогноз развития направлений цифровизации в проектировании. В качестве общей цели цифровизации строительства постулировано развитие цифровой среды для эффективного управления жизненным циклом объектов на основе инноватизации и автоматизации инвестиционно-строительного проектирования за счет изменения бизнес-процессов проектных и строительных организаций в направлении гибкого управления ресурсами и коммуникациями путем результативного и релевантного информационного обмена.
