407I n the table, thrce typical numerical examples are given for the sake of comparison. The data clearly show that the terms of 2nd order in @,,w with frcqucncy w and 2w are several orders of magnitude below the fundarncntal componcnts (1st order in 1/2 @ow with frequency w).
