Method of Determining External Defects of a Structure by Analyzing a Series of Its Images in the Monitoring System

Abstract

Приведены новые алгоритмы в развитие методики определения внешних дефектов сооружений, основанной на использовании в комплексной системе мониторинга видеодетекторов. Методика может применяться как постоянно в режиме реального времени, так и время от времени при проведении профилактических обследований и паспортизации объектов. Предлагаемые алгоритмы могут оценивать появление тех или иных внешних дефектов по всей поверхности сооружения.Ключевые слова: система видеомониторинга, метод характерных точек, распознавание объектов, оптический поток, детектор Харриса -Лапласа, геометрические параметры, угловые точки, размытие пикселей, обследование сооружения.
