Metformina en enfermedad renal diabética: estado actual

Abstract: El tratamiento actual dirigido a retardar la progresión de la enfermedad renal diabética, incluye un control intensivo de la glucemia con control óptimo de la hipertensión arterial, bloqueo del sistema renina-angiotensina-aldosterona junto a otras intervenciones multifactoriales.
