Metatranscriptome of infected root canals in teeth with apical periodontitis

Abstract: Metatranscriptomics has not yet been applied to the study of the endodontic microbiome. Therefore, this study investigated the microbial composition and patterns of gene expression in teeth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis.
