“…Metastases of the biliary tract are rare. Autopsy studies have shown that gallbladder metastases are found in 15% of patients with metastatic melanoma of the gastrointestinal tract, but are reported rarely during the lifetime of the patient because involvement of the gallbladder seldom produces symptoms [3] .
