Metastatic Fracture Femur in Subtrochanteric Region Misdiagnosed as Bisphosphonate Fracture - A Case Report of a Very Unusual Presentation of Metastatic Fracture Femur

Abstract: There is a gradual increase in atypical subtrochanteric femur fractures which are related to bisphosphonate administration. Atypical femoral fractures are difficult to manage and need a great deal of care.
