Metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma: a frequent NOTCH1 mutation predictive of response to anti-NOTCH1 treatment

Abstract: Background Despite some improvement in the prognosis of metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), the identification of new therapeutic targets is essential.
