Metastatic Breast Carcinoma to the Pituitary Gland that Presented as Diabetes Insipidus: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: Bones, lungs and liver are the most common sites of primary breast tumors. Metastases to the pituitary gland are rare and usually indicate widespread malignant disease.
