Abstract:Hematologic paraneoplastic syndromes with extreme neutrophilia and eosinophilia are very rarely associated with adenocarcinoma of the lung. We describe a case of a 57-year-old female who presented with neutrophil-and eosinophil-predominant hyperleukocytosis and hypoxic respiratory insufficiency.
