Metastatic acinic cell carcinoma in a neurofibroma mistaken for carcinosarcoma

Abstract: To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of acinic cell carcinoma metastatic to a neurofibroma, an important entity in the differential diagnosis of biphasic tumors of the head and neck.
