Metastasis from Renal Cell Carcinoma to Ectopic Pancreas Diagnosed after Resection

Abstract: We herein report a 68-year-old man who underwent nephrectomy for right renal cell carcinoma 10 years prior. He remained under regular medical observation, and abdominal computed tomography showed tumors in the head and tail of the pancreas. He was diagnosed with pancreatic metastasis from renal cell carcinoma. He underwent surgical excision.
