Metastasierendes Chondrosarkom des Os pisiforme: Eine Falldarstellung

Abstract: We report about a chondrosarcoma of the pisiform in a 39-year-old man. 1.5 years after exstirpation of the tumor, an extended recurrence developed. Two years after the first operation, an amputation was performed at midshaft of the upper arm. One year later, multiple metastases in both lungs were found.
