MetaProClust-MS1: A tool for clustering metaproteomes using rapid MS1 profiling

Abstract: Metaproteomics is used to explore the composition, dynamics and function of microbial communities. However, acquiring data by tandem mass spectrometry is time consuming and resource intensive.
