Metantenna design with one‐dimensional holographic concept

Abstract: In this paper, metasurface antenna (metantenna) with one‐dimensional holographic concept is proposed and an example of producing 50° radiation beam angle at 16 GHz is taken to certify the metantenna operating principle. We first introduce one‐dimensional holographic theory to simplify the metasurface design.
