Abstract:Here, photoelectrodes of photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells consisting of azide functionalized reduced graphene oxide (GO‐N3) and quaternary metal chalcogenide (CdZnNiSSe) composites sensitized with metal phthalocyanines (MPc, M: Co, Zn, Ti) are developed and then tested in hydrogen evolution reaction (HER).
