Abstract:Gliomas are central nervous system (CNS) cancers that are challenging to treat due to their high proliferation and mutation rates. High grade gliomas include grade 3 and grade 4 tumors, which characteristically have a poor prognosis despite advancements in diagnostic methods and therapeutic options.
