Meta-Analysis of cortical inhibitory interneurons markers landscape and their performances in scRNA-seq studies

Abstract: The mammalian cortex contains a great variety of neuronal cells. In particular, GABAergic interneurons, which play a major role in neuronal circuit function, exhibit an extraordinary diversity of cell types.
