Message priority MaxDelivery algorithm applied in earthquake communication situation

Abstract: The study of Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs) has considerably grown in recent years as communication contexts have emerged with needs that go beyond what the Internet could offer. For example, in case of a natural disaster that damages the classic communication network, a delay tolerant network can be implemented ad hoc, to face the challenges imposed by this context.
