Message from the ATC'14 general chairs

Abstract

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2014 international conference on advanced technologies for communications (ATC 2014), hosted by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), co-organized together with our partners, the Radio Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc). Held under the auspices of Ministry of Information and Communications of S.R. Vietnam (MIC), the conference brings together many outstanding senior leaders, scientists, researchers, actors, scholars in the area of ICT from the leading research organizations, universities around the world to Hanoi, the hospitable and historic capital of Vietnam.
