Mess- und Analysemethoden in der Laserakustik bei breitbandiger Laseranregung

Abstract: Zusammenfassung:In dieser Arbeit werden verschiedene Methoden zur Messung und Auswertung von akustischen Oberflächenwellen vorgestellt. Allen Methoden wird die breitbandige Laseranregung und interferometrische Detektion der Ultraschallwellen zu Grunde gelegt. Jede der vorgestellten Methoden ist besonders für eine bestimmte Aufgabenstellung geeignet.
