Abstract:Background :Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a severe, life-threatening syndrome with high mortality. Transplantation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have been shown their efficacy in reducing mortality of ACLF patients in our clinical trials.
