Mercados públicos y competitividad: El Palmar y Las Flores de Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl

Abstract: Con el propósito de modernizar los mercados públicos, el gobierno del Estado de México en alianza con el Colegio de Postgraduados estableció un programa de formación de recursos humanos. La metodología consistió en incorporar a los locatarios de los mercados El Palmar y Las Flores de Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl a un proceso de reflexión sobre las ventajas competitivas que ellos consideran poseer y las que señala su clientela.
