Abstract: RESUMO Este artigo discute a afirmação de que a Teoria Keynesiana seria “um caso particular da Teoria Clássica com salários rígidos”. Ele examina se a análise keynesiana depende da hipótese de rigidez e em que medida a referida hipótese foi realmente usada na Teoria Geral. O mercado de trabalho neoclássico é criticado.
