Abstract

Brazilian agribusiness labor market at the state level from 2012 to 2018: differences and similarities Agribusiness is increasingly important for the Brazilian economy. This study aims to analyze the distribution and profile of employment in the agribusiness labor market in Brazilian states, as well as in its segments, based on data from the National Survey by Sample of Households (Pnad) Continuous and complementary information from the Annual List of Social Information (Rais), from 2012 to 2018 comprising the four quarters of each year. The evolution of the dynamics of jobs in agribusiness has different movements between states, both in the participation of agribusiness and in the profile.
