Today, it can be seen in the real world that many students are unemployed after graduating from college or university. Two soft skills are taught to determine the success of graduates at work, namely leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study was to examine the structural effect of achievement motivation and achievement on student leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. This research was conducted in Indonesia, with a total sample of 789 students, through random sampling. Questionnaires and documentation techniques were used to collect the data, and then the data were analysed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modelling. The results showed that both exogenous variables, namely achievement motivation and achievement, affected both endogenous variables, but that achievement motivation had a stronger influence on student leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the effect of achievement motivation was higher on entrepreneurial spirit than on leadership, whereas leadership influenced the entrepreneurial spirit of the students only to a small extent. The influences of these variables were then thoroughly discussed according to the theories and relevant research.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan jiwa kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa olahraga di FIK Uncen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dipilih dengan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen utama. Terdapat dua angket yang digunakan, yaitu Angket Jiwa Kepemimpinan (AJK) yang terdiri dari 22 item pernyataan dan Angket Tanggung Jawab (ATJ) yang terdiri dan 14 item pernyataan. Sebanyak 78 mahasiswa olahraga (laki-laki = 49, perempuan = 29) yang ada di FIK Uncen berpartisipasi dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) sebanyak 56,41% jiwa kepemimpinan mahasiswa olahraga berkategori sedang, 41,03% berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan hanya 2,56% masuk kategori rendah, (2) sebanyak 52,56% tanggung jawab mahasiswa olahraga berada dalam kategori rendah, disusul dengan 37,18% dalam kategori sedang, dan hanya 10,26% yang memiliki kategori tinggi, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan antara mahasiswa olahraga laki-laki dengan perempuan dalam hal jiwa kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah jiwa kepemimpinan mahasiswa olahraga cenderung berkategori cukup tinggi sedangkan tanggung jawab berada dalam kategori rendah

A student activity unit is a place for students to develop the talents, interests, expertise of each student, and the ability to socialize with the outside world. So, a high GPA will not guarantee that students will get success. However, the social skills that have been obtained in participating in UKM are the most valuable thing and at the same time are the key to the success of students in facing the outside world. MYOB accounting is an accounting software required by companies that are integrated (integrated software). In detail, the problem to be solved in this Community Service activity is whether through this training will be able to improve the ability of accounting SMEs in running Myob?. This community service activity is intended for SMEs to overcome their obstacles in preparing company financial reports. Activities that have been carried out are in the form of training on the use of accounting system simulation tools for SMEs with as many as 20 participants from UKM. The next activity is the implementation of simulation tools and mentoring activities are carried out. The evaluation results conclude that the Utilization Index of the tools assessed by UKM managers which are calculated using the usefulness index results in a range of IKP values of 89 in the range b + 4c £IKP <a. IKP is at this interval, which means that UKM managers state that accounting simulation tools are very useful to be applied in UKM.
