Abstract: Dentro del campo de los malos tratos en el ámbito familiar se ha prestado especial atención a las agresiones a hijos y a mujeres, pero en los últimos años han emergido nuevas formas de maltrato en el hogar, entre ellas aquellas que los menores llevan a cabo contra otros miembros de la familia.
