Abstract:Meningoencephalocele in the lateral sphenoid sinus (SS) has been determined to be a rare entity often detected by cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea. To date, the pathology of meningoencephalocele in the lateral SS has remained to be unclear in many cases.
