MEMS Technologies for Energy Harvesting

Abstract: The objective of this chapter is to introduce the technology of Microelectromechanical Systems, MEMS, and its application to emerging energy harvesting devices. The chapter begins with a general introduction to the most common MEMS fabrication processes.
