The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of Siddiq, Amanah and Tabligh based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Regency, Mr. Fandi Akhmad Yani and to find out the relationship between Siddiq and Amanah towards Tabligh and Fathonah. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach. This research data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are in the form of siddiq's meaning or essence based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements siddiq-characteristic Islamic leadership must have a trusted character in every program that is run and be transparent with all policies taken for prosperity the society he leads. The meaning or essence of Amanah is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, that is, a leader who applies Islamic leadership characterized by Amanah must have high integrity in carrying out the programs he has promised. In addition to high integrity, a leader must also be able to realize the programs promised to the community. The meaning or essence of Tabligh is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements Islamic leadership characterized by Tabligh must have a high level of concern and have an attitude of protecting the community he leads.

The focus of this research is to see how political ethics becomes an ideology for the creation of good behavior for a leader. Political ethics is a concept of morality that is very necessary for a leader or regional head in the political behavior that will be implemented. The political ethics of leaders or regional heads by prioritizing honesty, fairness, and responsibility has a very noble goal by prioritizing values and morality for the creation of good leadership and avoiding lousy behavior such as corruption which is very detrimental to many parties. This study using literature analysis seen from previous studies with data obtained from journals, news, websites, and also from internet data relating to the theme of this research. The results of this study stated that political ethics is needed for leaders or regional heads who aim to avoid making mistakes that make a loss and in this study look at the problem of regional heads or leaders in Indonesia whether political ethics is instilled in each of them so that the behavior of leaders or regional heads does not deviate from values and morality for the creation of good leadership. The concept of political ethics is the concept of action on the behavior of each person, especially a leader.

Penelitian ini bertolak pada kegiatan yang menjadi sebuah kewajiban selaku hamba Allah yang senantiasa diperintahkan untuk mengerjakannya. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada konsep pendidikan Islam yang secara normatif mengarahkan manusia memperoleh kebahagiaan baik dunia maupun akhirat secara seimbang. Penelitian ini berasumsi terhadap penerapan metode pembiasaan dalam melaksanakan salat berjemaah dengan harapan dapat memberikan sebuah kemudahan kepada para peserta didik guna memahami ketentuan-ketentuan tentang salat berjemaah tersebut. Dengan terbiasanya siswa melaksanakan salat berjemaah diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang islami, sopan, displin membagi waktu juga mahir dalam kegiatan sosial. Karakteristik seseorang bisa dirubah dengan terbiasanya melakukan kegiatan yang menjadi tujuan, seperti halnya salat berjemaah. Lebih terbiasanya siswa dalam melaksanakan salat berjemaah maka karakteristik cenderung lebih disiplin membagi waktu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode pembiasaan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang ketentuan salat berjemaah. Dengan pemahaman yang semakin baik terhadap ketentuan salat berjemaah maka siswa akan semakin baik dan teliti dalam melaksanakan ibadahnya yaitu salat berjemaah dan amaliah lainnya. Selain itu, pemahaman siswa tentang ketentuan salat berjemaah menjadi semakin optimal dengan menggunakan metode pembiasaan ini, terbukti dengan berkurangnya siswa yang sering memilih saf di belakang daripada saf di depan
