Melanose neuro-cutanea: relato de um caso

Abstract: Rokitanski, citado por Fox 4 , descreveu em 1861 o caso de uma paciente de 14 anos que apresentava retardo mental e faleceu devido a tuberculose; a autópsia mostrou hidrocefalia e espessamento meníngeo, havendo pigmentação castanho-escuro das meninges sobre os hemisférios cerebrais, base do cérebro e tronco encefálico, bem como dos plexos coroideos e epêndima; havia ainda grande nevo cutâneo dorsal, além de outros menores disseminados na pele; a anormalidade meníngea era devida a infiltração difusa por células… Show more
