Abstract:In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird von einer 42jährigen Frau mit unilateraler Megakalikose berichtet, die wegen Flankenschmerzen mit der Verdachtsdiagnose einer Harnstauungsniere li. stationär aufgenommen wurde. Bei der Megakalikose handelt es sich um eine nichtobstruktive Dilatation der Nierenkelche, bedingt durch Hypoplasie der Markpyramiden ungeklärter Ätiologie.
