Meeting the needs of students with disabilities experiencing homelessness: Federal, community, and educator roles

Abstract: Homelessness is a complex and multifaceted condition that affects 2.5 million, or one in every 30, children annually. Based on these numbers, it is likely that at least one student has experienced or is experiencing homelessness in most public school classrooms.
