Abstract: Introduction: Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is an infrequent thyroid malignancy rarely observed and managed during pregnancy. An accurate diagnostic workup is extremely important in this clinical setting to correctly diagnose and treat the disease, avoiding both maternal and fetal complications.
