Mediterranean Diet and Thyroid: An Interesting Alliance

Abstract: The Mediterranean diet, recognized as being cultural heritage by UNESCO, is mostly plant-based and includes a high consumption of whole-grain, fruit, and vegetables with a moderate consumption of alcohol during meals.
