Medicinal plants and their popular use in Boa Esperança Settlement, Piracanjuba, Goiás, Brazil

Abstract: The present study showed medicinal plants and their popular use in the rural settlement Boa Esperança, in Piracanjuba, GO, Brazil. Data were collected from November 2017 to February 2018. A total of 176 species (mostly native) were sampled with the predominance of use to treat respiratory, gastrointestinal problems, kidney stones and various types of infections.
