Medication use and risk of ovarian carcinoma: A prospective study

Abstract: Inflammation and gonadotropins are hypothesized to influence ovarian carcinogenesis. In a prospective study, we evaluated ovarian cancer risk associated with self-reported use of medications that influence inflammation or gonadotropin levels.
