“…In this study, based on the findings achieved by the basic CREAM method, the highest CFPt is related to the step of medicine administration to the patient (0.056). In the study of Ruiz et al, after analyzing the medication errors in a neonatal ward of a hospital, it was found that the highest reported rate of medication errors was related to error in medicine administration to patient (68.1%), followed by error in prescription of medicine (39.5%) (26).
