Medical Prevention of Post-Transfusion Complications After Transfusion Therapy Applied in Case of Severe Obstetric Blood Loss

Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the modern approach to the treatment of acute obstetric hemorrhage. Some features of the preparation of leukodepleted and pathogen-reduced blood components are shown and indications for use in severe obstetric blood loss are determined.
